Window Washing -- Fish Window Cleaning

Reminder: Close exterior windows including the storm windows in proper positions to avoid intrusion of water.

Quarterly Pest Control -- Hamption Roads Termite & Pest Control

Last Wednesday of the first month of each calendar quarter is the date for spraying the interior of residential units only.

Reminder: Remove pets the day of the spraying.  Call Hutcheson's office if live pests are seen anytime to arrange for additional spraying.
